Ristorante Pizzeria Giampippo

Best restaurant we went to on our recent holiday to Porto Aranci. In fact it was so good we went there 3 times. Good menu choice with excellent food. The mussels starter was fantastic as was the prawn cocktail. Also recommend the lobster spaghetti and ravioli dishes which were great. Good service, reasonably priced and a litre of nice house wine for only €14s. Giampippo livens the place with his music and his son Romeo and waitresses treated as so well and made us feel so welcome. This is the place to go. Many Thanks Matt and Julie

We dined at this restaurant three evenings in a row, and it was absolutely wonderful every time. The pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked, the Bolognese sauce was rich and flavorful, and the wine selection complemented everything beautifully. To top it all off, the tiramisu (for kids) was simply delicious—light, creamy, and full of flavor, for parents (limoncello and motto). A cozy spot with great food and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

My lovely place in Golfo Aranchi! Very friendly staff and Giampippo. I always back to this place because their food is great, the atmosphere is an incredible. Giampippo sings songs in karaoke. The staff are almost not speaking English, but it does not prevent us from understand each other.

Wonderful little spot in Golfo Aranci! The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent and it’s priced extremely reasonably. My son and I spent 4 nights in Golfo Aranci and ate here for 3 of them. The pizza is the best he’s had (he’s 14 and on a mission to rate all of his Italian pizzas. This one is his favorite!) In addition to the food and staff, the atmosphere is wonderful. It’s casual, the locals frequent and you can get a real feel for the community. Highly recommend!

This restaurant has a very local feel to it, with a mix of a relaxed terrace and a simple but cozy indoor space that fits right into the neighborhood. It doesn’t try too hard — and that’s exactly what makes it charming. You get the sense that this is a place people from the area actually go to, and that gives it a really nice, laid-back vibe. The food is truly delicious. Every dish we had was full of flavor and clearly made with care. It’s not overcomplicated — just really tasty, well-seasoned food that hits the spot. The wine was also excellent and paired perfectly with the meal. Portions are on the smaller side, but that’s quite typical for the region, and the quality makes up for it. One thing that really stood out was the staff. They were working full speed all night — you could tell it was a busy evening — but they never missed a beat. Friendly, fast, and genuinely attentive, even under pressure. That level of service really adds to the experience. On top of that, all of the staff spoke English,something you don’t always find in this area. It made communication super easy A fun little touch was the occasional song played through an old-fashioned hand-cranked speaker — a quirky detail that brought a smile to everyone’s face and gave the evening a playful, light-hearted twist. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but considering the quality of the food and service, it’s definitely worth it. It’s the kind of place you leave feeling satisfied and well taken care of.

Incredible experience. 10/10. The food was incredible. Everyone was so kind, warm, and welcoming. My son (who is a very picky eater) was raving about the pizza for days after our visit!
